Opening Acts Set the Stage for a Massive Friday at Beaumont Music Festival

Friday at the Beaumont Music Festival was a showcase of rising talent and Canadian rock excellence long before the night's final headliner took the stage.

Opening the Main Stage, Edmonton rockers RadioActive got the crowd moving early with a spirited set packed with classic rock energy. They had many people dancing, especially the kids, with crowd favourites like Pink Pony Club and ABBA.

Crown Lands

They were followed by Crown Lands, whose explosive performance elevated the festival atmosphere to another level. Channeling RUSH vibes, the sound and the original writing, the duo of Cody Bowles and Kevin Comeau delivered a powerhouse set of progressive rock, thunderous rhythms, and soaring vocals, proving once again why they are one of Canada's most exciting modern rock bands.

Nathan Miller

Meanwhile, the Dream Stage highlighted Alberta's next generation of performers. Sliver kicked things off with an impressive showing of young musical talent, while Radio Receiver brought raw punk-rock energy and attitude to the afternoon crowd. Nathan Miller rounded out the stage's opening lineup with a polished performance that showcased both skill and versatility.

SLIVER - CAM kids

From young up-and-comers to seasoned local performers, Friday's opening acts proved that some of the festival's biggest highlights happen long before the headliners hit the stage.
